After interviewing several other local design teams, South Bay entrepreneur, Michael Zislis, chose the combined talents of Zoe Korstvedt of Bungalow and Tim Neuman of Neuman Designs to work with his architect and interior designer to develop an integrated branding for his new luxury boutique hotel. Shade is the first hotel in the South Bay to offer this level of hospitality design. In Shade you will find the sleek modernism of the structure communicated in the logo. You will find the pieces of its identity played out in the space, furniture, and interior design.

Our contributions to the project include: Identity, Collateral, Signage, Advertising and Press Materials, Website Design and input into even the most minor of details.
